When you first sign up, we make a site visit to help you figure out how to capture the paperwork flowing through your office. We also figure out exactly what needs to be tracked and how to report it back to you.
Optional CPAs
Our bookkeepers can handle payroll, A/R, A/P, reporting P&L's, balance sheets, statements of cash flows, inventory and yields, and the like. We also have a standing army of contracted CPAs for your advanced financial needs. They trust and are familiar with our system, which reduces the amount of time they spend assessing your situation- saving you money at tax season. Plus, because we send so much work their way, we get special deals on their rates... which also gets passed along to you. Of course, if you already have a CPA that you like, you are welcome to keep using them.
Supportive Ninjas
We are dedicated to offer you the best service with support you can rely on. We are available weekdays from 9 - 5 p.m. CST, and by appointment any other time. Since our servers host your Quickbooks, we can log in and look at Quickbooks with you while we talk over the phone to troubleshoot any problems you may have. In-person meetings are also available when needed.
